  3. It's sent free by insured, signed-for delivery anywhere in the UK.

Authenticity Guarantee

Through eBay

The same watch on our eBay listing, at the eBay price, checked on its way to you.

  1. Buy it on our eBay listing.
  2. We send it to eBay's independent authenticator rather than straight to you.
  3. They inspect it, then post it on to you.
  4. Most watches arrive with a QR code for an eBay Authenticity Certificate.

eBay checks watches that sell for £1,500 or more on eBay.co.uk and are delivered to a UK address, at no extra cost.

Questions

Are the watches genuine?
Yes. Every watch is checked against its reference, serial number and papers before it's listed. If a watch we sold you is ever shown not to be genuine, you get a full refund.
Can I see a watch before I buy?
Yes. We can do a video call so you can see it up close wherever you are in the UK, or you can view it in person in Belfast by appointment.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe's secure checkout, or by bank transfer. We never ask for payment by gift card, crypto or a "friends and family" transfer, and our bank details only ever come from us directly.
Should I buy direct or through eBay?
It's the same watch either way. Direct costs less because no marketplace fees go into the price, and you deal with the person who checked it. Through eBay you pay the eBay price, and watches that sell there for £1,500 or more go through eBay's Authenticity Guarantee: an independent authenticator inspects the watch before it's sent on to you. Some watches are on Chrono24 too.
Do you take part-exchanges?
Yes. Tell us what you have and what you're looking for on the sell page or on WhatsApp.
What if I want to send it back?
You have 14 days from delivery. Return it in the same condition with everything it came with, and we refund you in full within 14 days of getting it back. Read the returns policy.
